METEOMEX Equipment Sales Policies

1.- Technical Advice and Support

  • Pre-sales Consultation: We offer guidance on the most suitable model according to the client’s application and environment.

  • After-sales Support: We provide assistance with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

  • Training: We provide training for the correct use of the equipment and the interpretation of the data obtained. Includes free remote support.

2.- Warranties and Commercial Conditions

  • Product warranty: 30-day warranty only for equipment failures (circuit board or sensors), not for damage caused by misuse of the device. There is no warranty on electrical parts (power cord).

  • Return policy: Please verify that the product offered meets your needs, as once your order is placed, cancellations or returns are not accepted. Payment

  • Terms: Payment in advance, by bank transfer, or PayPal.

3.- Delivery Time

  • Delivery time will depend on the type of device requested. It may vary from 1 to 4 weeks. 

4.- Price Validity

  • Prices valid for 15 days, subject to change without notice.

Shipping Information
  • Coverage Area: We ship nationwide. For international shipping, please inquire about availability and additional rates. Restrictions apply.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are included. International shipping rates vary depending on the destination.
  • Delivery Time from the Supplier: Kuturabi is not responsible for delays in product delivery due to changes in delivery times by the shipping provider (DHL).
